Exciting progress is being made at the Select Soccer Center in Horsham, PA, where steel beams have been raised to support a forthcoming state-of-the-art facility featuring 85,000 square feet of synthetic turf. This represents the continuation of a project that began in 2020 with a first phase that included a 43,000 square foot installation. Anchor Management Group has been trusted to help realize both phases of this initiative, with the second focused on creating a venue to support youth and adult soccer leagues.
The new Select Soccer Center facility will boast four indoor soccer fields (7v7), equipped with lines allowing them to be used as two 9v9 fields. The project represents a collaboration between Anchor Management and FieldTurf, both part of world sports construction and surfacing leader Tarkett Sports. FieldTurf artificial turf delivers leading performance and safety, and will be used across the four new fields, providing athletes with elite surfacing trusted in over 25,000 projects worldwide.
Phase II also includes an upgraded storefront system at the entry vestibule, a viewing mezzanine for spectators, new, updated front desk millwork, and upgraded finishes throughout the building.
This project represents another example of Anchor Management and Tarkett Sports’ commitment to helping increase community access to sports through game-changing construction projects.
