Anchor Management Group LLC. is part of Tarkett Sports and is located in the Mid-Atlantic region. We offer an extraordinary team of preconstruction and construction professionals who have been serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1980.

Anchor Management Group provides services for construction, project management and owner representation. Our team specializes in and has extensive experience in managing complex projects for institutional and commercial clients as well as the development and construction of residential living.

Our extensive hands-on experience in the construction field, collaborative and innovative approach to managing projects, and ability to deliver high-quality results in the most cost-effective manner possible separate us from the field. Our “out-of-the-box” thinking and innovative solutions are grounded by practical knowledge and applicable experience.

Anchor Management Group joined Tarkett Sports in 2025.

Michael F. Rufo

President

Mike Rufo has a proven track record as a respected leader in the construction and building industry spanning over 40 years. He recently founded and is President of Anchor Management Group, a diversified real estate development and construction company. Mike founded his new company based on the virtues that has made him a recognized industry leader in planning and management of Private Institutional and Commercial projects. Prior to Anchor, Mike was a Managing Partner in a local development firm where he oversaw all development, construction and building activities. He is also former long-time Executive Vice President of a large highly successful Philadelphia construction and development company.

Over his career he has been directly responsible for the planning, developing and managing of over $1 billion of construction projects. Mike is known in the industry for his creative thinking, project constructability, construction and campus logistics as well as his “Plan for Success” attitude.

Mike is former Chairman of the Board at the Country Day School of the Sacred Heart and has been a long time role model in the Philadelphia Region. He continues to guide and support youth within his community.
